OUR REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase to show. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of your items.
Please inspect your parcel immediately once you have received for any faulty or damaged items as they can only be returned or exchanged during the time frames stated above. For any faulty or damaged goods that you have received please email photographic evidence to

If your return is accepted, you will need to post the products back to

When sending your parcel back please insert a note stating your
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Items returning and quantity
- Address
When returning, we always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
We are unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty or damaged. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are also not responsible for returns lost in the post.
Any FREE or SALE products received along with our with our BUY 4 GET 1 FREE and our 5 for £5 offers are non refundable or exchangeable.
Clearance as per description when ordering are non refundable or exchangeable. Items brought in our sale are non refundable.
Orders purchased with a gift card are non refundable.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
