All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you believe your order was damaged during shipping, contact us at fnbbeautycontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
